Emma Elrod is a dedicated Client Services Associate and manages marketing efforts for the team. She has been with the company for just over a year and is passionate about working with clients, taking pride in providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed. She enjoys building strong relationships and ensuring a seamless experience for every client. In addition to client services, Emma runs the team's marketing efforts, creating engaging social media content that keeps clients informed and connected in a fun and creative way.
Emma earned her bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Business with a minor in Biology from Western New England University, where she also played basketball for four years #GOBEARS. Her passion for the sport continues as she coaches girls' basketball at Bunnell High School and in the AAU program.
Outside of work, Emma loves traveling and exploring new places whenever she gets the chance. She’s an avid reader, with Frieda McFadden being one of her favorite authors. She also enjoys spending time at the beach, relaxing by the water with a good book. Most importantly, she values quality time with her friends and family, making memories wherever she goes.
